If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the merchandise for a refund of the purchase price. Simply contact the customer service department to obtain authorization and the Merchandise Return Form to begin the returning process.

- All purchased merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Items must not be worn, washed, soiled, altered, or damaged and in all original tags must be attached. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
- Return packages must be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
- Once we receive and verify your return, we will issue a refund of the purchase price to your original payment method within 7 business days. We'll email you once we have processed your refund.
- You must include a copy of your order receipt and print and fill out the Merchandise Return Form and place in the box with your return.
- Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs.

Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us right away if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped or is in transit.
